About the Facilitator
Norah O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in volunteer management, community development, student mentorship, and event planning. She is a proactive communicator, always seeking innovative opportunities to make things happen. Norah's accomplishments include revitalizing volunteer programs at arts organizations, organizing conferences for volunteer engagement professionals, and facilitating collaborative problem-solving. She acted as Toronto Association Volunteer Administration (TAVA)'s President (2020-2021), she holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Visual Arts, and has completed a post-graduate degree in Museum Management & Curatorship. Norah loves spending time with her family, has a passion for the arts, and owns an eccentric collection of pineapples.
